With 1,900 employees, headquarters in Madison Heights (Michigan) and over 62 branches in 9 US states, MMG is one of the leading distributors of automation technology and one of Rockwell Automation‘s longest-standing partners worldwide. The company has been wholly owned by its employees since 2006.
MMG goes beyond pure product distribution and focuses on long-term partnerships. This is based on a large and diverse inventory, local expertise and practical, scalable solutions for the efficient implementation of even complex projects.

We have been a subsidiary of MMG since 2007 and are currently the only branch outside the USA. As the link between North American manufacturers and European customers, we at S&D are responsible for the European market.
Thanks to our close ties to our parent company in the USA, we have direct access to comprehensive services and enjoy the highest priority. You communicate in your local language and during your business hours – we take care of coordination in North America.
This saves time, reduces costs and enables efficient delivery routes between Madison Heights and our warehouse in Krefeld.
For short-term supply, our parent company maintains several logistics centres with inventory worth over €160 million. Even subsequent deliveries to end customers in the USA are handled entirely by our organisation.
