2. Eligibility Requirements

• Eligible to participate are individuals aged 18 or older who are permanent residents of Germany.
• Employees of S&D Service & Distribution GmbH and its affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “family members” specifically include spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and persons living in the same household.
• Participation is permitted only in one’s own name. Participation through contest agencies or automated services is not permitted.

3. Participation in the Contest

• Participation is exclusively online via the registration form at www.sud-gmbh.de/Eurowings.
• For participation to be valid, all information marked as required fields on the form must be completed fully and truthfully, and the terms and conditions of participation must be actively accepted by checking the box.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified by the organizer.

4. Contest Period

• The contest begins on July 1, 2026, and ends on September 15, 2026.
• Entries received after the contest period has ended will not be considered.

5. Profits

• The following prizes will be awarded by random drawing from among all valid entries: 1 Amazon gift card worth 50 €, 1 Amazon gift card worth 100 €, 1 Amazon gift card worth 150 €
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred to other individuals.
• Amazon’s respective gift card terms and conditions, which are stated on the gift cards or upon redemption, apply.

6. Selection of the Winners

• Winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries after the entry period ends.
• The decision regarding the selection of winners is final and not subject to legal recourse.

7. Notification of Winners and Prize Distribution

• Winners will be notified by email within 10 business days after the end of the contest at the address provided on the form.
• Winners must reply to this email within 10 days of the prize notification being sent and confirm their prize.
• If no response is received by the deadline, the prize will be forfeited without replacement, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• The gift certificates will be sent via email to the winner’s specified contact address.

8. Exclusion of Participants

• The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the contest.
• In the event of reasonable suspicion of multiple entries, false information, or other abusive behavior, the prize may be revoked retroactively and a replacement winner may be selected.

9. Privacy Policy

• The data controller for this sweepstakes is S&D Service & Distribution GmbH.
• Only the personal data necessary for conducting the sweepstakes will be collected (e.g., name, email address, and, if applicable, mailing address for prize delivery).
• The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (conduct of the sweepstakes).
• The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and administering the sweepstakes and—unless required by statutory retention obligations—will be deleted no later than 3 months after the end of the sweepstakes.
• Data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for conducting the sweepstakes (e.g., shipping service providers for prize delivery) or where there is a legal obligation to do so.
• Further information on the processing of personal data, in particular regarding your rights as a data subject (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority), can be found in the general privacy policy.

10. Liability

• The organizer bears unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health that are attributable to an intentional or negligent breach of duty by the organizer, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.
• For other damages, the organizer is liable only in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In the latter case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
• The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions that may occur during data transmission or for the temporary unavailability of the contest website.

11. Early Termination and Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the contest prematurely for good cause if its proper conduct cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
• The organizer will inform participants of any such action in an appropriate manner via the contest website.

12. Final Provisions

• The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
• Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provision.
• The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted by law—the organizer’s registered office.
